CONTRACT REIMBURSEMENT. The Company shall reimburse Executive or directly pay for all reasonable consulting and legal fees and costs attributed to the development, reviews and modifications of this Agreement and associated consulting and legal services in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(d). Such fees and costs shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). This subsection (d) shall not be deemed to limit any of Executive’s rights under Section 25 (“Attorneys’ Fees”).
