Contract Release Request Process. A. All obligations associated with this contract are binding. All requests for contract release must be made by the student in writing and must include appropriate supporting documentation. Upon receipt of the written request and supporting documentation, the Department of Housing and Residence Life will review the request and will respond in writing.
