Common use of Contract Renewal Process Clause in Contracts

This Contract may be renewed for subsequent years, based upon MPS’ assessment of the outcome of a contract review, using the Contract Review Recommendation Checklist, attached hereto as Appendix M and incorporated herein by reference. Under no circumstances shall the Board be obligated to renew this Contract.
