Contract Sequence. Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers Limited contract sequence shall be as follows: first contract - 1 year, second contract - 1 year, third contract - 3 years, and thereafter 4 years. At the end of a three year or four year limited contract, the Board may interrupt the contract sequence and issue a limited one year contract with improvement plan. Nothing in the eligibility factor to offer this sequence, however, shall abridge the right of the Board to terminate or non-renew so long as termination or non-renewal is done in accordance with this Agreement.
