Contract Length. The salary schedule is based on a teaching contract of 179.0 days. Extra months teaching contracts shall be equated at a daily rate of 1/187 of the annual salary less the fringe dollars identified on the schedule. Ten-month contracts shall be 203 days, and eleven-month contracts shall be 223 days.
Contract Length. 4.1 The contract period is the period designated in the appendix containing the service plan, costs and associated services (Appendix A). At the end of every contract period, the subscription will be renewed and the contract will be extended automatically for an identical period of time, unless the Subscriber informs the Company of his or her desire to end the agreement and/or freeze the Subscription according to section 11.11.
4.2 Termination of the contract by the Subscriber prior to the end of the contract period designated in section 4.1 and in Appendix A will be performed by sending a notice requesting termination that includes the Subscriber’s name, ID number/Private Company number, whichever may be relevant, and the last four digits of the Subscriber’s credit card with which he or she has paid for the subscription, and said notice may be submitted using one of the following channels, as determined by the Subscriber (“Notice of Termination”):
Contract Length. This contract is for the fall academic semester and the spring academic semester when classes are in session. Those wishing to stay during the fall, winter, or spring breaks will be required to apply in advance and will be asked to provide additional documentation. Charges may apply for break periods. Students wishing to arrive prior to fall or spring move in days will need to fill out the early arrival form no less than 72 hours prior to the requested early move-in date. Students moving in early must be here for a university recognized purpose. Early arrival dates and times will be determined by the Residential Life Office. Early arrival charges may apply.
Contract Length. A. SJR State Librarians are on twelve (12) month contracts. Librarians shall report to work all days that the College is open or take leave.
B. SJR State Senior Academic Advisors are on eleven (11) or twelve (12) month contracts.

Contract Length. SJR State full-time annual and Continuing Contract Instructional Faculty contract length shall be for a term of nine (9) months, ten (10) months, or twelve (12) months. Contract length is determined based on the needs of the College and department and is stated in the job posting, offer letter, and Faculty contract. The standard contract length for the majority of SJR State credit Faculty is nine (9) months.
Contract Length. Every Rookie Contract shall have a fixed and unalter- able contract length: (i) four years for Rookies selected in the first round of the Draft, with a Club option for a fifth year as described in Section 7 below; (ii) four years for Rookies selected in rounds two through seven of the Draft (including any compensatory draft selections); and (iii) three years for Undrafted Rookies.
Contract Length. This Allied contract between Facility and All Kids Can Therapy Services, LLC will be for a minimum of 1 year. All contracts will be based on billing rates listed above.
Contract Length. A. A limited regular contract shall be issued in the following order:
1. Upon initial employment, the first contract shall be for one (1) year.
2. The second contract shall be for one (1) year.
3. The third contract shall be for one (1) year.
4. The fourth contract shall be for three (3) years.
5. The fifth contract shall be for three (3) years.
6. Subsequent to the fifth (5th) contract, all limited regular contracts shall be for five (5) years B The Board of Education will follow Ohio Revised Code 3319.07 and 3319.11 in awarding continuing contract status.
Contract Length. The initial Contract term is 3 years with a renewal option for one or more additional terms with the combined length of all renewal terms not to exceed the length of the original term of the contract. Xxxxxxxx will be made at the sole discretion and option of the Department and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. If the Department elects to renew, the Department will negotiate with the Contractor an adjustment factor to be applied to the original annual contract amount. The adjustment factor may be positive, negative, or zero. If negotiations do not lead to a mutually agreed upon adjustment factor, the contract shall not be renewed. The renewed contract amount will be calculated by applying the adjustment factor to the original contract amount, then adjusting for supplemental agreements as appropriate. Xxxxxxx is contingent upon the availability of funds, satisfactory performance of the Contractor, and other factors as determined by the Department.
Contract Length. This contract shall be effective July 1, 2023, and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2025. This contract shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that it shall supersede all provisions of any prior Master Contracts.
