Contract Specialist. This Letter of Agreement is entered into between the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) of the State of Oregon (Employer) and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish Employer paid Contract Specialists to improve the labor/management relationship at all levels of state government. The Parties agree to the following:
