Common use of Contract Sum and Payment for Work Performed After Execution of Design-Build Amendment Clause in Contracts

Contract Sum and Payment for Work Performed After Execution of Design-Build Amendment. For the Design-Builder’s performance of the Work after execution of the Design-Build Amendment, the Owner shall pay to the Design-Builder the Contract Sum in current funds as agreed in the Design-Build Amendment.

Contract Sum and Payment for Work Performed After Execution of Design-Build Amendment. For the Design-Builder’s proper performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract after execution of the Design-Build Amendment and/or one or more amendments (which are not the Design-Build Amendment), the Owner shall pay to the Design-Builder the Contract Sum in current funds as agreed in the Design-Build Amendment and/or one or more amendments (which are not the Design-Build Amendment).

For the Design-Builder’s performance of the Work after execution of the Design-Build Amendment, the Owner Manager shall pay to the Design-Builder the Contract Sum in current funds as agreed in the Design-Build Amendment.
