Contract Term and Amendment. The anticipated term of the Agreement is for two (2) years beginning on October 1, 2023 or the date of the Department of General Services’ (DGS) approval, whichever is later, and ending on September 30, 2025. CDSS may, at its discretion, exercise the option to extend the term of the Agreement for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months and to add funds to complete the identified tasks to complete the services. In the event that CDSS exercises the option to extend the term, the costs of the additional services shall not exceed the rates or costs included in the Agreement for the original term. The Agreement shall be of no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by DGS. Contractor is hereby advised not to commence performance until all approvals have been obtained. Any delivery or performance of service commenced prior to Contractor obtaining all written approvals shall be considered voluntary on the part of Contractor.

  • VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Bank may at any time amend or vary any of these terms and conditions governing the operation or use of the TBS. The Bank shall notify the Account Holder of any changes. If the Account Holder continues to use or operate the TBS after the Bank has given such notice of change, the Account Holder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.

  • CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL In addition to any stated renewal periods in the Contract, any Contract or unit portion thereof let by the Commissioner may be extended by the Commissioner for an additional period(s) of up to one year with the written concurrence of the Contractor and Comptroller.
