Costs Included. The term Cost of the Work means the sum of all costs, except those excluded in Paragraph 11.01.B, necessarily incurred and paid by Contractor in the proper performance of the Work. When the value of any Work covered by a Change Order, the costs to be reimbursed to Contractor will be only those additional or incremental costs required because of the change in the Work. Such costs shall not include any of the costs itemized in Paragraph 11.01.B, and shall include but not be limited to the following items:

Costs Included. [Party] shall reimburse DTSC for all DTSC’s costs. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.2.6 below, [Party] will reimburse DTSC costs in accordance with Health and Safety Code Division 20, Chapter 6.66. DTSC’s costs are recoverable pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25360.

The prices in this Agreement include the cost of labor, travel, and parts, provided that the service is performed during the hours covered in the service plan purchased, e.g., Business Hours Service plan. All on-site service, regardless of the service plan purchased, is provided during regular business hours, unless otherwise agreed by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and subject to availability of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx service personnel.
Costs Included. The Subcontract Price includes all costs of Subcontractor's performance of the Work, including, by way of example and not limitation, the costs of labor, supervision, services, materials, equipment, tools, scaffolds, transportation, storage, incidentals, insurance, taxes, jobsite overhead, home office overhead and profit.

For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the provisions of clause 3.5, the Borrower's liability under that clause to pay any Enforcement Costs and interest on them shall not be limited only to those costs, charges, expenses and liabilities that would otherwise be allowable on the taking of an account between a mortgagor and a mortgagee but shall be as provided for by the terms of that clause.

The indemnity obligations created hereunder shall include, without limitation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, any and all costs incurred in connection with any site investigation, and 10 any and all costs for repair, cleanup, detoxification or decontamination, or other remedial action of the Premises. The obligations of the parties hereunder shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
