Contract Worker Access Controls, Badge and Key Access Requirements. A Contract Worker from Consultant’s firm must not be allowed to begin work in any City facility without: (A) The prior completion and City's acceptance of the required background screening; and (8) when required, the Contract Worker's receipt of a City issued badge. A badge will be issued to a Contract Worker solely for access to City facility(s) to which the Contract Worker is assigned. Each Contract Worker who enters a City facility must use the badge issued to the Contract Worker.
