Contracted Day. 25 The normal contracted day shall be defined as the period from the required arrival time to the permitted 26 departure time and shall consist of seven and one half (7.5) hours. Included in the normal contracted day are 27 the required half hour on duty before and after the student school day for student/patron time, the Revised 28 Code of Washington required half hour duty free lunch period, and the planning periods or release time 29 wherever in force.
