Contracting for Services. Section 1. Nothing in this AGREEMENT shall prohibit or restrict the right of the EMPLOYER from contracting with vendors for goods and services. Section 2. The EMPLOYER agrees that as a consequence of any purchase of service contract, employees shall not lose employment with Hennepin County nor shall their salary be reduced.
