Contractor Accuracy. 2.2.2.1 A Contractor must maintain accuracy at, or above, 95% (the “Accuracy Standard”). Accuracy will be measured by DDS internal and Federal quality reviews (Group I, Medical Documentation and Medical Decision errors). A minimum of three months data from the federal fiscal year is required when calculating accuracy. A.
