Use of PII. The Servicer does not grant the Asset Representations Reviewer any rights to PII except as provided in this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will use PII only to perform its obligations under this Agreement or as specifically directed in writing by the Servicer and will only reproduce PII to the extent necessary for these purposes. The Asset Representations Reviewer must comply with all laws applicable to PII and the Asset Representations Reviewer’s business, including any legally required codes of conduct, including those relating to privacy, security and data protection. The Asset Representations Reviewer will protect and secure PII. The Asset Representations Reviewer will implement privacy or data protection policies and procedures that comply with applicable law and this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate practices, procedures and systems, including administrative, technical and physical safeguards to (i) protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of PII, (ii) ensure against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of PII, (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of PII and (iv) otherwise comply with its obligations under this Agreement. These safeguards include a written data security plan, employee training, information access controls, restricted disclosures, systems protections (e.g., intrusion protection, data storage protection and data transmission protection) and physical security measures.
Use of PII. Agent may use the following information only to perform the Authorized Functions and for no other purposes: (i) PII collected from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or these individuals’ legal representative or Authorized Representative, in the context of completing an application for QHP, APTC or CSR eligibility; or

Further, MasterCard may store, disclose, and use PII for additional purposes permitted under law or regulation applicable to MasterCard, which may include (without limitation), the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Title V of the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, their implementing regulations, Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, European Directive 95/46/EC Data solely upon Customer’s prior express written consent. Customer acknowledges and agrees that MasterCard, in the course of providing Processing Services, may house PII in or transfer PII [*].

  • Use of websites (a) The Company may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Company and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if:

  • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.   • Use of Names The Manager and the Fund agree that the Manager has a proprietary interest in the names “DFA” and “Dimensional,” and that the Fund and/or Portfolio may use such names only as permitted by the Manager, and the Fund further agrees to cease use of such names promptly after receipt of a written request to do so from the Manager.

  • Use of Pronouns All pronouns and any variations thereof used herein shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural as the identity of the person or persons referred to may require.

  • USE OF DATA (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.
