Common use of Contractor Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Contractor Affiliates. Sections 6.03 and 6.04 of this Contract shall also apply to all of the Contractor’s affiliates under this Contract and these Sections shall be included in all agreements between the Contractor and any of its affiliates in conjunction with this Contract.
