Contractor as Owners’ Association. 3.2.1 Contractor shall serve as the Owners’ Association for the District. Contractor is currently, and shall remain throughout the Term of this Agreement, a private non- profit entity which represents, and whose membership includes, the assessed property owners or property owners’ representatives in the District.
