Contractor Claims. The Architect shall render written decisions regarding claims, disputes or other matters in controversy between the District and the Contractor arising under the Construction Contract, including the execution or progress of Work thereunder. The Architect’s decisions shall be in accordance with any applicable time limits set forth in the Construction Contract; if no time limits are set forth, the Architect shall render decisions within a reasonable time.
