Contractor Compliance. The Municipality will be responsible for ensuring that the contractor complies with all of the terms of the contract and any instructions issued by the Department or FHWA as a result of any review or inspection made by said representatives. CHANGE ORDERS If any changes in the Project plans are necessary, the Department must approve such changes prior to the work being performed.
