Common use of Contractor Conflict of Interest Clause in Contracts

Contractor Conflict of Interest. In accepting this contract, Contractor certifies that no member or officer of its firm or corporation is an officer or employee of the City of Joplin, Missouri, or any of its boards or agencies, and further that no officer or employee of the City has any financial interest, direct or indirect, in this contract. All applicable federal regulations and provisions of X.X.Xx. Section 105.450 et seq. shall not be violated.
