Contractor Contact Information. The Contractor shall ensure that its DHS contract representative has current contact information for the Contractor throughout the duration of this contract and throughout the duration of the Contractor’s record retention responsibilities. The Contractor shall promptly notify DHS of changes to contact information. Contact information includes the name and title of the individual authorized to receive legal and other notices regarding the contract; telephone number; email address; and street address.
