Common use of Contractor Furnished Equipment Clause in Contracts

Contractor Furnished Equipment. 8.1 You shall furnish, install, operate, and maintain in an acceptable manner all equipment, materials, and supplies that are not specified as furnished by the Court Service Management (Government) but are required by you for performance under this Agreement. Equipment must be maintained in a serviceable condition in keeping with generally accepted practices and/or the manufacturer’s recommendations for the particular type of equipment. 8.2 You shall provide to the Government all manufacturers manuals, documents and literature pertaining to the operation and safety of Equipment including any updates concerning same during the Term of this Agreement.
