Contractor Key Personnel. The BPA contractor/CTA Team Lead shall provide a matrix of all key personnel with POC information designated by BPA Level PM and Order Level key project personnel as a condition of BPA establishment. Any changes to the matrix after BPA establishment must be approved by the BPA CO. An administrative modification to the BPA is NOT required for such changes. The changes will become effective upon an E-mail from the BPA CO approving the changes.
