Contractor Management Information System. 7.1 The Contractor shall create and/or maintain a database with up to date and accurate information at all times in order to provide the Framework Authority and/or the Framework Public Body with management information as requested. 7.2 The Contractor must be in a position to provide a strategic view of the utilisation of the Framework Agreement and high level information on the Framework Public Bodies buying under the Framework, including for the purpose of meeting reporting obligations set out in paragraph 2.
