Contractor Personnel Qualifications. All persons assigned by the Contractor to perform work must be employees of the Contractor or its majority-owned subsidiaries, or a State-approved Subcontractor, and must be fully qualified to perform the work assigned to them. The Contractor must include this requirement in any subcontract.
