Common use of Contractor Representatives Clause in Contracts

Contractor Representatives. All Contractor Representatives shall be properly trained technicians who meet or exceed any specified training qualifications. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish a copy of technical certification or other proof of qualification. All Contractor Representatives must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Department and with all controlling laws and regulations relevant to the services they are providing under the Contract. The State may conduct, and the Contractor shall cooperate in, a security background check or other assessment of any Contractor Representative. The Department may refuse access to, or require replacement of, any Contractor Representative for cause, including, but not limited to, lack of technical or training qualifications, quality of work, change in security status, or noncompliance with the Department’s security or administrative requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract. The Department may reject and bar from any facility, for cause, any Contractor Representatives.
