CONTRACTOR Responsibility for Damages. CONTRACTOR and the Surety shall be liable for all damage sustained by DISTRICT resulting from, in any manner, the termination of Contract under this Section, including without limitation, attorneys' fees, and for all costs necessary for repair and completion of the Work over and beyond the Contract Price.
