CONTRACTOR RULES. Employees covered by this Agreement shall at all times be bound by the reasonable safety, security, and visitor rules as established by the Contractors and the Construction Manager for this Program Work. Such rules will be published and posted in conspicuous places throughout the Program Work sites. Any site security and access policies established by the Construction Manager or General Contractor intended for specific application to the construction workforce for Program Work and that are not established pursuant to an Agency directive shall be implemented only after notice to the BCTC and its affiliates and an opportunity for negotiation and resolution by the Labor Management Committee.

CONTRACTOR RULES. Contractor requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Contractor property, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Contractor of its own employees. Contractor reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Contractor standards.

Every employee who disregards or violates any safety, security, or visitor rules will be subject to discharge.

Any Project Site security and access policies established by the Design Build Contractor intended for specific application to the construction workforce for the Project Work shall be implemented only after notice to the Unions and an opportu nity for the Unions to respond. A failure to agree shall be treated as a grievance. This section does not apply to emergency situations pursuant to Article 12, Section 10 .

Such rules will be published and posted in conspicuous places throughout the Project. Specialized safety related training may be required to conduct work in or around CSX or Amtrak work zones. Such specialized training shall be at the expense of the Prime Contractor if so required to complete the work.

All contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and materialmen performing work at the Property, regardless of whether such work constitutes an Alteration, a Structural Alteration, Improvements, or otherwise, are bound to comply with the reasonable rules and regulations adopted from time to time by Landlord, the current version of which are attached hereto as EXHIBIT “G” and incorporated herein by reference.
CONTRACTOR RULES. All contractors and subcontractors performing Tenant's Work shall comply with the Kaisxx Xxxter Contractor Rules presently in effect for the Building, together with any reasonable future amendments thereto that are enforced by Landlord in a nondiscriminatory manner for all tenant construction work. A copy of the Kaisxx Xxxter Contractor Rules presently in effect is attached to this Work Letter.
