No employee of the Contractor, its subcontractors, agents or invitees may enter Railway Property without first having completed Railway’s Engineering Contractor Safety Orientation, found on the web site xxx.XXXXXxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Contractor must ensure that each of its employees, subcontractors, agents or invitees completes Railway’s Engineering Contractor Safety Orientation through internet sessions before any work is performed on the Project. Additionally, the Contractor must ensure that each and every one of its employees, subcontractors, agents or invitees possesses a card certifying completion of the Railway Contractor Safety Orientation before entering Railway Property. The Contractor is responsible for the cost of the Railway Contractor Safety Orientation. The Contractor must renew the Railway Contractor Safety Orientation annually.
