Purpose of Processing The purpose of the data Processing is the provision of the Services pursuant to this Agreement.
Purpose of Attachment Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the employees and the Union, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to pay, hours of work, employee benefits, and general working conditions affecting employees covered by this Agreement and to ensure that all reasonable measures are provided for the safety and occupational health of the employees.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT The general purpose of this agreement is, in the mutual interest of the employer and employee, to provide for the operation of the plant hereinafter mentioned under methods which will further, to the fullest extent possible, the safety and physical welfare of the employees, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output, cleanliness of plant and protection of property. It is recognized by this agreement to be the duty of the Company and the employees to co-operate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions.

Purpose of DPA The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its use of Student Data
AMENDMENTS TO SERVICE AGREEMENT With effect from the date of this Deed the Parties agree that the Service Agreement is varied so that:
Nature and Purpose of Processing The Parties will Process Shared Personal Data only as necessary to perform under and pursuant to the Applicable Agreements, and subject to this Data Processing Addendum, including as further instructed by Data Subjects.
Modification of Agreement This Agreement may be modified, amended, suspended or terminated, and any terms or conditions may be waived, but only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS By the signature below, the City Controller certifies that, upon the request of the Director, the supplemental sum set out below has been allocated for the purposes of the Agreement out of funds appropriated for this purpose by the City Council of the City of Houston. This Supplemental Allocation has been charged to such appropriation. $
