CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN PERMITS, ETC. Except as otherwise instructed in writing by the Corporation, the Contractor shall obtain and comply with all legally required licenses, consents, approvals, orders, authorizations, permits, restrictions, declarations and filings required to be obtained by the Corporation or the Contractor in connection with this Agreement.
