NON-DISCRIMINATION AND CONTRACTOR & SUPPLIER DIVERSITY. The Contractor shall comply, and cause each of its subcontractors to comply, with the provisions of Schedule B attached to and made a part of this Agreement, relating to non-discrimination and contractor & supplier diversity.
NON-DISCRIMINATION AND CONTRACTOR & SUPPLIER DIVERSITY. The Grantee will comply with ESD’s Non-Discrimination and Contractor & Supplier Diversity policies set forth in Exhibit G of this Agreement.
