Contractor Use of Owner Spare Parts. Contractor shall not utilize any of the operating spare parts procured by Contractor pursuant to Section 2.14.2 or otherwise procured by Owner, or any Capital Spare Parts, in the course of performing the Work without Owner’s prior written consent. In the event Contractor utilizes any such spare parts, Contractor shall supply Owner free of charge with spare parts equivalent in quality and quantity of such spare parts used by Contractor (which shall be new except as otherwise agreed by Owner), from the original manufacturer of the spare parts used, or otherwise as agreed to be Owner, soon as possible following Contractor’s use of such spare parts, or shall reimburse Owner for the complete replacement costs incurred by Owner to replace such spare parts.
