Contractor's Duties Upon Termination For Convenience. Upon termination of this Contract for convenience as provided in Section 2 of this Article, the Contractor shall: (1) stop the Work; (2) stop placing orders and Subcontracts in connection with this Contract; (3) cancel all existing orders and Subcontracts; (4) surrender the Site to the Awarding Authority in a safe condition; (5) transfer to the Awarding Authority all materials, supplies, work in process, appliances, facilities, equipment and machinery of this Contract, and all plans, Drawings, specifications and other information and documents used in connection with this Contract.
