Contractor’s Equipment - General. 4.1.1 The Contractor warrants that the Contractor’s Equipment shall be adequate to perform the Work, shall be new or as new, of good quality and workmanship and shall comply in all respects with the Specification. 4.1.2 The Corporation shall be entitled, at any time, to inspect all or any part of the Contractor’s Equipment. If any part of the Contractor’s Equipment does not, at any time, meet the requirements of the Contract, then the Contractor shall upon notice from the Corporation promptly replace or repair such part of the Contractor’s Equipment to ensure compliance with the Contract. 4.1.3 The Contractor warrants good title to all Contractor’s Equipment. 4.1.4 The Contractor warrants that the Contractor’s Equipment has been examined by inspectors of any relevant certifying authority no more than six months prior to the Effective Date and shall, for the duration of the Contract and any extension thereof, conform in all respects with all applicable current laws or statutory instruments setting out regulations to be observed in the conduct of oilfield operations. 4.1.5 Any inspection of any item of Contractor’s Equipment necessarily required during the currency of the Contract to ensure continued compliance with certification requirements, or for any other reason, shall be conducted at a time convenient to the Corporation (subject to any overriding limitation imposed by any certification authority). All costs connected with any such inspection shall be to the account of the Contractor.
