Contractor’s Equipment - General. 4.1.1 The Contractor warrants that the Contractor’s Equipment shall be adequate to perform the Work, shall be new or as new, of good quality and workmanship and shall comply in all respects with the Specification. 4.1.2 The Corporation shall be entitled, at any time, to inspect all or any part of the Contractor’s Equipment. If any part of the Contractor’s Equipment does not, at any time, meet the requirements of the Contract, then the Contractor shall upon notice from the Corporation promptly replace or repair such part of the Contractor’s Equipment to ensure compliance with the Contract.
