Contractor’s General Representations and Warranties. Contractor represents and warrants to Agency that: 8.1.1. Contractor has the power and authority to enter into and perform this Contract; 8.1.2. This Contract, when executed and delivered, is a valid and binding obligation of Contractor enforceable in accordance with its terms; 8.1.3. Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, be qualified, professionally competent, and duly licensed to perform the Services; 8.1.4.
