Contractor’s Insurance. A. Prior to commencing any Work, and as a condition precedent to any obligation of the Owner to make any payment to the Contractor, the Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Procurement Director/Procurement Agent confirming that the Contractor has in force the coverage required below prior to the start of any Work under the Contract, and shall maintain such insurance until the expiration or termination of the Contract.
