Common use of CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. ‌‌ A. If required by law, Contractor certifies that it is licensed in the state, municipality, and/or local jurisdiction where the property is located to perform the elevator maintenance services pursuant to this Agreement, and that the license will be maintained current and valid for the Initial Term and any renewal term of this Agreement.
