Contractors Personnel and Subcontractors. 13.1. The Contractors may claim salvage on behalf of their employees and any other servants or agents who participate in the services and shall upon request provide the owners with a reasonably satisfactory indemnity against all claims by or liabilities to such employees servants or agents.
