Common use of Contractor’s Project Manager Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Project Manager. The individual responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Project for the Contractor who shall have authority to act on behalf of and bind the Contractor in matters pertaining to the Project unless otherwise expressed in writing by the Contractor.

Contractor’s Project Manager. The individual responsible for the day-(a) Contractor shall provide a Project Manager to represent Contractor and to oversee day- to-day administration operation of the Project for the Contractor who shall have authority to act on behalf of and bind the Contractor in matters pertaining to the Project unless otherwise expressed in writing by the Contractoreach site.
