Common use of Contractor’s Reasonable Assistance Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Reasonable Assistance. 18.1.3 The Contractor will procure that satisfactory facilities are made available to the Authority and any representative of the Authority and that reasonable assistance is given for the purposes of Clauses 18.1.1 (Right of Inspection) and 18.1.2 (Right of Inspection), subject to the Contractor's and Sub- Contractors' construction or operational requirements not being adversely affected and to the Authority reimbursing the Contractor for any reasonable costs or expenses incurred as a result of the action taken by the Authority under Clauses 18.1.1 (Right of Inspection) and 18.1.2 (Inspection of Facilities).
