Common use of CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to provide dredging of Doctors Pass. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to prepare site to final grade, install trees, plants, and sod, this aplies to all projects throughout the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity of Naples assigned to the Contractor under the City’s Annual Roadway Landscaping Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare related to traffic signal and street light construction, installation, repair and maintenance. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are related to the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceconstruction of a compactor enclosure at Cambier Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are related to providing temporary laborers to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity of Naples. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare furnishing and installing of landscaping in Xxxxxxxxxxx Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are related to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceLantern Lake Bridge Replacement Project. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenancecleaning of the Development Services Building for a period of one year. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenancereplacement of two fuel lines at the City Dock. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are in providing structural repairs to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity Dock. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceplacement of new mulch throughout the City. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenancebeach-end maintenance, for a two-year period . 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are for parking lot improvements at the Citywide Landscape MaintenancePolice and emergency Services Department Facility. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceprovision of providing palm tree trimming. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare roadway paint, thermoplastic markings, and raised markers. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceprovision of CONTRACTOR in providing fireworks displays at the City Pier on the 4th of July for three years beginning 2004, with the option of two one-year renewals in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as per City of Naples Bid Number 051-04. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to provide management of the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceSpecial Assessments. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are inspection services at the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceEast Naples water tank site. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to provide temporary laborers to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity of Naples. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are for parking lot improvements at the Citywide Landscape MaintenancePolice and emergency Services Department Facility. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare trimming of palm trees. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceprovision of providing landscape maintenance services for Naplescape. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceinstallation of six shade structures in Xxxxxxxxxxx Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are investment advisory services on behalf of the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision to provide labor, materials and equipment to construct medians on Mooring Line Drive from US 41 to the Mooring Line bridge in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceattached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to furnishing and providing all necessary operations for the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceone million gallon tank lining work . 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are performing repairs to the Citywide Landscape metal building at Facilities Maintenance. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to provide impact fee update services. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenancerepair and installation of the irrigation system throughout Goodlette Linear Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are services related to the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.purchase and installation of traffic control signs, 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are planting and maintenance of trees throughout the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.City of Naples 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to provide cleaning services for the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCommunity Services Building. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are disclosure counsel services related to the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceissuance of bonds. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the are Citywide Landscape MaintenanceElectrical Services. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are janitorial services for the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceDevelopment Services Building. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to furnish and install a hard disk based video recording system. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are planting and maintenance of trees throughout the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.City of Naples 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to provide uniform services to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity of Naples. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are urethane crack injection services for the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity’s Water Treatment Plant. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceannual citywide pavement marking services. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to provide disaster generated removal and disposal. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.are services related to traffic signal fiber communication components and services 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenancetrimming of hardwood and palm trees for the City of Naples. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision of relocating a 16” raw water main on the east side of Goodlette-Frank Road, North of Pine Ridge Road in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceattached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are janitorial services for the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceDevelopment Services Building. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are in the Citywide Landscape Maintenancealley east of 11th Street and 3rd Avenue North in River Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceremoval and replacement of the floor tile within the Public Works Facility. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenancerental of self-contained roll-off compactors. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are related to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceLantern Lake Bridge Replacement Project. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceinoculation of palm trees against lethal yellowing. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to sandblast and refinish 250 fire hydrants. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceprovision of providing 5th Avenue South landscape maintenance services. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare Xxxxxxxxxx Park parking lot and storm drainage improvements. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenancebeach-end maintenance, for a two-year period . 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare providing skilled trade workers on an as-needed basis. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. 2.1 The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are generally described as General Contractor Services and may be more fully described when a "Scope of Services," are agreed upon then followed by the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceissuance of a “Task Order” both of which are attached as EXHIBIT 'A' and made a part of this Agreement. In addition the CONTRACTOR shall sign and agree to special State and Federal clauses described in EXHIBIT ‘B’. 1.2. 2.2 The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement AGREEMENT all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, CITY and in Xxxxxxx County, County Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this AgreementAGREEMENT. 1.3. 2.3 The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service whichservice, which under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. 2.4 The CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to "Notice-to-Proceed", or other directive from the CITY, a qualified licensed professional employee to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as Project Manager and point-of-contact for the "Project Manager")CITY. The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this AgreementAGREEMENT. 1.5. 2.5 The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER CITY that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Projectwork project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement AGREEMENT shall be subject to the OWNERCITY's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as may be applied to the type of services to be rendered, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project work, project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunderCONTRACTOR. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER CITY of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER CITY regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. 2.6 The CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNERCITY's prior written consentconsent , or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaedsubpoenaed , any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employeesemployees , agents, subconsultants sub-consultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph. However, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Florida Public Records laws . 2.7 The CONTRACTOR agrees not to employ or offer to employ any Elected Officer or Employee of the CITY who in any way deals with, coordinates on, or assists with, the services provided in this AGREEMENT, for a period of two (2) years after termination of all provisions of this AGREEMENT. For purposes of this paragraph the term "Elected Officer" shall mean any member of the City Council. For purposes of this paragraph, the term "Employee" shall mean any full-time salaried employee. If the CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, the CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to the CITY in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or Employee of the CITY from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from the CITY, whichever is greater.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to provide temporary office workers. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are landscape maintenance for the Citywide Landscape MaintenancePublic Works Department. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision of providing materials and labor necessary to repair deficiencies found in our aerial fire truck, for the Equipment Services Division(in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.attached and made a part of this agreement 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are to provide temporary laborers to the Citywide Landscape MaintenanceCity of Naples. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance.are to provide annual services for preventative generator maintenance 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is are providing odor and grease control services for the Citywide Landscape MaintenancePublic Works Department. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenanceare to sandblast and refinish 250 fire hydrants. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR XXXXXXXXXX agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4.
