CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenanceconcession services at Xxxxxxxxxx Park, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancethe rental of reconditioned self-contained roll-off compactors, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancethe renovation of the Xxxxxxxxxxx Park Fieldhouse Restrooms, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair Horticultural Debris Collection and MaintenanceDisposal, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair Construction of an Aquifer Storage and MaintenanceRecovery (ASR) test well, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenanceto provide occupational medical services on an “as needed” basis, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit EXHIBIT A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceRehabilitation of seven production xxxxx for the Water Treatment Plant, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenance, Utility Audit and may be more fully described in the Scope of ServicesServices [if any], attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair Property, Liability and MaintenanceWorkers’ Compensation Insurance Brokerage Services, and may be more fully described in the Scope of ServicesServices [if any], attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair design and Maintenanceinstall shade structures for three City parks, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancethe construction of a shade structure for the new Naples dog park, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceBasin V drainage improvement area 1 & 3, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair City of Naples Aquifer Storage and MaintenanceRecovery Test Well, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceXxxxxxxxxxx Park Community Center Renovations, and may be more fully described in the Scope of ServicesServices [if any], attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair Irrigation, repair and Maintenanceinstallation City Wide, and may be more fully described in the Scope of ServicesServices [if any], attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceTransportation engineering for the US 41 Re-designation Feasibility Study, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancedowntown street lighting project, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair the purchase, installation, and Maintenancemaintenance of trees and palms throughout the City, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair tire purchase and Maintenanceassociated repair services, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair the construction of the Golden Gate canal intake and Maintenancetransmission main, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A plans and made a part of this Agreementdrawings associated with Bid# 030-11. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceFuel Tank replacement for the Community Development Building, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair construction services for landscaping and Maintenanceparking improvements at Xxxxxxx Xxxx, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceXxxxxxxxxxx Park Community Center Renovations, and may be more fully described in the Scope of ServicesServices [if any], attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground improvements to the HVAC Systems at the Utilities Repair and MaintenanceOperations Building, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair citywide tree planting and Maintenancetransplanting services, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceReplacement of Soffitt at Public Works Building, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair Construction of an Aquifer Storage and MaintenanceRecovery (ASR) test well, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenancePark Shore bridge maintenance, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancerelining of fuel tanks at the City Dock, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair removal and Maintenancedisposal of Bio-Solids, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit EXHIBIT A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenanceconcession services at Naples Pier Concession, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and Maintenancehauling of bio-solids at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair the design and Maintenanceimplementation of an Energy Education Outreach program, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR are generally described as Underground Utilities Repair and MaintenanceImplementation of Energy Action Plan, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Collier Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.

The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services.
