Contractor’s Right to Property Upon Successful Completion of Project. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section and upon County’s determination, said determination being in the sole discretion of County, that Contractor has successfully completed an approved project for which all furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies were purchased, and a period of one year has passed following the successful completion of said project, Contractor shall have the right to all such furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials and supplies, purchased or obtained by Contractor using any County funds as part of the said approved project under this Agreement, and County shall have no proprietary interest therein, provided that Contractor is not in default under any term of the Agreement.
