Contracts Beginning Maymester Term. A contract that has been signed and returned by the student and accepted by the Department of Housing and Residence Life on or before May 13, 2022, constitutes an agreement to reside within the University-owned residence hall system for the Maymester Term and may be cancelled by the student if notification is received by the Department of Housing and Residence Life on or before May 13, 2022 for Maymester.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services.
