All contracts for Improvements shall include provisions of insurance and suretyship reasonably satisfactory to the Commission for the protection of the Commission’s laborers, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and the public, and shall also include all contractors and subcontractors to comply with all applicable provisions of this Concession Agreement.
