Contracts -- Incorporation by Reference. The terms of the contracts between the Fund Sponsors and/or representatives of Fund Sponsors and the Employer and/or the Participants and any certificates issued to a Participant in accordance with the provisions of the Plan are a part of the Plan as if fully set forth in the Plan document, and the provisions of each are incorporated by reference into the Plan to the extent that such documents are consistent with this Plan document.
