Common use of Contractual Framework Clause in Contracts

Contractual Framework. (a) This Agreement memorializes the Dealings related to Consumer Financing in the United States and establishes the contractual framework for negotiating, documenting, administering, and enforcing future Dealings in the United States related to Consumer Financing. GMAC will provide Consumer Financing services to GM Consumers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
