Common use of CONTRACTUAL GOOD FAITH Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL GOOD FAITH. This agreement is entered on the basis of the good faith of both parties in developing the contract, and the parties should avoid, within the frame of the law, any behavior in the setting of prices whose objective violates American federal and state legislations, such as predatory prices and unfair competition as an integral part of the “Stock Purchase Agreement” business referenced in the header of this agreement and in the pineapple supply agreement derived from the Stock Purchase Agreement.
