Contractual Language. This Agreement has been executed in English and in Czech. The Parties hereto agree that the Czech version shall prevail; this includes prevalence over the codes of conduct of the applicable professional and industrial associations for all matters of interpretation.

Contractual Language. 14.1 Contractual languages shall be English. Any correspondence in another language shall be translated into English at Promoter’s expense, risk and responsibility. HTG shall not be responsible for translation errors.
Contractual Language. Both parties sign this agreement in Spanish and English languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail. The parties acknowledge having obtained sufficient independent and legal counseling and having read and understood (by means of their corresponding interpreters and legal counselors) all legal effects and validity of this agreement in both versions, English and Spanish. 1. 1T Spot Exchange
1.1. 1T Netherlands provides access to an electronic system which allows for the operation of an order book exchange platform for purchase and sale transactions for a selection of trading pairs between Crypto-Assets and Funds ("1T Spot Exchange"). Through 1T Spot Exchange, eligible 1T Clients may trade Crypto-Assets with the Applicable 1T Provider.
1.2. The trading services and regulated activities for 1T Spot Exchange and under the Spot T&C are provided by One Trading Markets S.r.l. (which is at the effective date hereof in the process of being renamed from Bitpanda Pro
